It's been 1 month and 4 days since my last space picture. Rarely am I 100% pleased with my result, but this picture is different -- because I've managed to create almost exactly what I wanted to or had in mind when I started. During this time period I've created and practiced on some techniques, but there's been something missing in every picture, so I haven't submitted them on DA (except with one, that I deleted).

Creating a space scene or picture, isn't something that's randomly created or just thrown into some cloudy mix or something like that -- at least not when I do it.
This picture might not be scientifically or astronomically correct, but that's not the point. I didn't want to make an exact copy of some nebulas with high contrast and stuff.

It's hard to create something "original" as well, not just the usual 2 planets, sun, nebula, and a title. So, yeah -- I hope you like something "different".

I just wanted to create a very tranquil and somewhat mysterious map or wide picture, of a gigantic space landscape where thousands of lightyears can be seen at once. Although I didn't want too many small details to be seen. A great amount of hours have been put into Chrono Garden. Brushing, smudging, practicing with trial and error, researching about some space stuff, almost 100 layers, etc. Once I worked 6-7h non-stop.

I really hope that you will enjoy this picture.
Full view is, of course, essential because of the many small details.
